  • Protocol Day now full.

  • Provisional draw been done for 12 riders.

  • 1 led test entrant, rest are prelims and medium.

  • Map will be sent to riders of where to park.

  • List of riders will be provided for the day.

  • Will make up letters and attach to stands with bulldog clip.

  • Will check whether any helpers want to shadow judge and/or shadow pencil.

  • Keep a waiting list.

  • Will write draw up – 1 at the arena, 1 at the stable area.

  • Will have list of riders for timings, moving riders and horses around.

  • List of volunteers and their jobs.

  • Riders do not need to ride down to the judge.

  • Walgrove’s poles to be used.

  • Will check to see if we can leave arena set up on Friday.

  • Club has sufficient ribbons.

  • Bag of carrots to be available for riders to give horses

  • Helpers needed: penciller, gear checker

  • Won’t allow bitless.

  • Led horses need bridles.

  • First rider to go in at 9am.

  • Committee to be there by 8am.

  • Next year will book Jonna McLean for May/June and September.

  • Large Animal Rescue having a meeting of agencies.

  • Need to exress our interest – David King supporting.

  • Susan liaising with Bundendore SES.

  • Fire Awareness Day – to make people aware that they need a plan.

  • Moya to order two new club banners.

  • Prizes to be bought for July Protocol day.

  • Moya to add details to Nominate for booked events.

  • Susan to supply Lisa with tests for distribution – riders will order via YVRC email address.
